Can I get a hallway runner cut to a custom length?
Yes. Every runner in this range is cut to order. Choose your design and width, enter the length you need in metres, and we cut and overlock it before it ships.
What's a good length for a hallway runner?
Most people leave about 15cm of floor showing at each end, so measure your hallway and take off around 30cm. Because we cut to order, a long hallway can take one continuous runner rather than two joined pieces.
What width should I choose?
Leave roughly 10cm of floor either side. Widths run from 65cm to 140cm: 65 to 67cm suits narrow hallways, 80cm suits most homes, and 100cm and wider suits wide hallways and entries.
What is overlocking, and does it cost extra?
Overlocking is a tight stitched edge that stops a cut runner from fraying. It's free on every cut edge.
