All rugs are covered by a 12 month warranty beginning from purchase date.
Refunds accepted within 7 days if goods are not used or damaged (unless damaged prior to buyer receiving goods).
Buyers pay for return delivery expenses.
Refund will only include cost of the rug. Original shipping cost will be deducted.
Please note that we try to get the photos to be as accurate as possible, we do warn that it may at times look slightly different due to screen variation and lighting within the house.
